Questions about Martin County criminal records must go to the government office that maintains the requested material. MCSO handles sheriff reports, bookings, jail information, and its public-record requests. The Clerk’s Criminal Division handles court dockets, filings, judgments, and certified dispositions. FDLE maintains Florida’s statewide criminal-history repository. The routes below identify the correct starting point while making clear that this privately operated reference site cannot provide an official record.

This Is Not a Government Office. This is a private reference site. It cannot retrieve an official criminal record, conduct an official background check, change a record, or receive a sealing or expungement filing. Those services remain with the responsible government office.
